Application Fee: $50.00 (Per Applicant)

Administrative Fee: $150.00 (Per Household)

Security Deposit Range: $500.00 - $1,000.00 (Per Household)

Resident Services Fee: $100.00 (Monthly)

Pet Fee (Upfront): $350.00 (Per Pet)

Late Fee: 10%
